Exterior of the house: This is a check up to make sure that all walls are built correctly. We check to make sure that external walls are covered with an insulation coating in order to block moisture penetrating into the house and to prevent the external final paint or other final coverage materials from cracking and/or chipping. We also check so as to make sure that the external walls of the house are levelled.
Surrounding plot walls. We check that the surrounding plot walls are crack free, strong and levelled.
Floor tiles in the house: We make sure that the material used is of good quality. We also check to see if the floor is not cracked and that the tiles are placed correctly and are levelled.
Water inclination: We pay particular attention to check that rain water does not penetrate into the house because of bad levelling of exterior tiles. We pay particular attention to places near the entrance of the house, verandas, balconies and garage.
Staircase in the house: We check that the iron work of the staircase is placed correctly and firm into place, not posing any dangers to adults or children and that it is well painted and coated. If there is any part that is missing, we will also let you know.
House gates and iron fencing: We check that the iron fencing of the house work correctly, that is well painted and that is firmly secured into place. We also check that the electric gates work perfectly ok.
Garage: We check that the electric mechanism of the garage work properly and that the material which the doors are constructed whether is aluminium, plastic or pvc is of good quality.
Pergolas and/or gazebos: We inspect so as to make sure that the pergolas and gazebos are strong constructions and do not pose any dangers to anyone. We also check to see if the wood is insulated and/or varnished correctly. If the roof is covered, we make sure that the rain water does not pass through.
Garden floor tiles / patios / stamped concrete: We check that the flooring externally in the general garden area is placed correctly. We also inspect so as to make sure these items are not cracked or chipped and that they are correctly levelled. If there is stamped concrete in the garden, we make sure that it is placed ok and stamped correctly. We also make sure that there are expansion joints and the colour did not fade away. If there is the need for resealing rest assure we will also let you know.
Floor tiles of verandas: We inspect to see if veranda’s floor is levelled ok so as to make sure that rain water does not get in the bedrooms. We also check that there is sufficient drainage volume of rain water.
Swimming pool: We check the liner and/or tiles of the pool. We also check to see if pump, filter, waste and backwash work correctly. We also check to see if there is external provision for the waste of the pool. If there are any cracks in the surrounding pool area, we will inform you.
Spa: We check that it is in good working condition.
Sauna / steam bath: We check that they are in good working condition.
Drainage: We will check that bathroom, wc and kitchen drainage is in good working condition.
Leakage: We will make sure that the tabs in your house to be do not leak.
Retaining walls: If your house is built on retaining walls or if there is any construction of retaining walls in the general area of your house, we will check to see that they are build ok and that there is sufficient insulation in case there is direct contact with soil so as to minimize moisture.
Irrigation: We check to see that the already placed garden irrigation works correctly. We will let you know if the garden pipes are sufficient or if there is a need for an additional irrigation unit, pump, line or computer.
Garden: We check that the plants, trees and flowers/bushes are in a good shape and that they are disease free.
Garden soil: We check if the soil in your garden is appropriate for gardening and if it is ready for landscaping.
Final coverage materials of external walls: We check that these materials such as paint or ‘grafiato’ is not cracked or chipped.
Plumbing: This includes checking up of water supply inlets and outlets in kitchen, bathrooms and toilets. We also check that the pressure system is in good working condition.
Electrical System: We will conduct a general check up of your electrical system to reveal any possible risks. We will also make sure that all sockets in the house, kitchen and bedrooms work ok. We also check to see if there are enough sockets in all rooms.
Phone / Satellite / DSL and/or other provisions: We check to see if all these provisions are placed.
Heating System: There are many different kinds of heating systems such as a/c, main units, vrv, panels, under floor, water based, electricity based, diesel based, solar etc. We will examine the heating system you have and inform you of our results.
Air Conditioning Systems: We inspect the a/c or main units to check that they are in good working order. If there any need for maintenance or replacing of the filters we will also let you know.
Windows and /or aluminium work: We inspect that rain water does not get into the house. We also report to you if there is single, double or triple window insulation.
Main entrance door: We inspect that the material used is of good quality, if it’s working correctly and/or if the automatic unlocking system and/or video/phone/camera surveillance work ok.
Security system: Weather you have a simple unit, a complicated GSM camera unit or a smart house installation we will inspect it and let you know our findings.
Wall Insulation: We check if the walls of your house are insulated.
Fireplaces & Solid Fuel Burning Appliances: There are many different kinds of fireplaces. We will check that yours work correctly and that there is sufficient ventilation in the room.
